This engineering opportunity allowed me to start to develop skills in food-grade manufacturing. This is my first experience with a distillery and the food-grade manufacturing process. In this role, I have become a subject matter expert in the utilities that run the distillery.
This honor gave me the opportunity to hone my leadership skills on a multitude of platforms while inclusively allowing me to take responsibility for not only my actions but also others assigned along side me.
